COLLECTIBLE DESIGN · WORLDWIDE EDITION OF 299
ASCENDANT
Strength, folded into stillness.
An equine figure reduced to planes, tension and balance. Its elongated body, lowered head and fine, asymmetric legs turn a familiar silhouette into a quiet architectural presence.
01 / THE FORM
A horse, distilled
to structure.
Silver Horse does not reproduce anatomy. It captures posture.
Broad, softly faceted volumes define the shoulder, torso and haunch. The neck falls in a deliberate arc, while four attenuated legs hold the figure above an elongated base. From the side, it reads as one calm, continuous line. Viewed from either end, its unexpectedly slender profile reveals how little form is needed to suggest weight and movement.
Its asymmetry is intentional. Subtle shifts in angle and spacing keep the work alive as you move around it.
Three volumes
Shoulder, torso and haunch become one continuous geometric rhythm.
Negative space
The openings between the legs give the metal form its lightness.
Lowered arc
A long neck turns physical power into calm concentration.
Shared base
The low, elongated plinth holds every angle in quiet balance.
02 / THE OBJECT
Every angle changes
the work.
Solid planes narrow to lines, overlapping legs separate, and the balance between stillness and motion continually shifts.

03 / THE SURFACE
Light is part
of the object.
The fine-grained silver-toned surface softens reflection rather than turning the sculpture into a mirror.
Highlights gather along softened edges while shadows settle into the folded planes. The result is tactile, restrained and responsive to its surroundings—changing subtly with daylight, distance and point of view.
04 / IN CONTEXT
A quiet presence
with unmistakable weight.
Created for considered interiors—from private residences and equestrian libraries to offices and intimate gallery spaces.
